ആ മുറിപ്പാടിൽനിന്നൊട്ടു രക്തം,
അറ്റുപോയൊരെൻ ഹൃദയമേ നിന്റെ- ഓർമ്മപ്പെടുത്തലായ് ഇറ്റുവീഴുമ്പൊഴും,
എത്ര കാതം നടന്നൂ- പ്രാണനിൽ
കത്തിനീറുന്ന നിന്നോർമ്മകൾ പേറി ഞാൻ !
ഓർമ്മകൾ!
കാർമേഘമായ് നിന്റെ ചക്രവാളങ്ങളിൽ ഞാനിരുളായ് പടർന്നതും,
ഇടിമിന്നലായ് പിന്നെ പൊട്ടിത്തെറിച്ചതും,
പേമാരിയായൊടുവിൽ നിന്റെ പാദങ്ങളിൽ പെയ്തൊടുങ്ങിയതുമോർമ്മകൾ!
ഓർമ്മകൾ!
ചിതൽ തിന്ന പ്രജ്ഞതൻ ചുടലപ്പറമ്പുകളിൽ
തിരയാനെനിക്കില്ല നല്ലോർമ്മകൾ!
ചിതറിക്കിടക്കുന്നതൊക്കെയും ഞാൻ
ആത്മ പ്രണയം കുറിച്ചിട്ട കവിത മാത്രം!
ഇനിയെന്റെ ഹൃദയമൊരു കടലായിരമ്പുകിലും
വിരഹാഗ്നിയാലൊടുവിലുരുകിപ്പടരുകിലും
അണകെട്ടി നിർത്താം, ഒഴുകാതെ നിൻ വഴിയെ,
ഇടറാതിരിക്കട്ടെ നീയാം ശ്രുതി.

We are only one dawn away from a new year! I pray the almighty, to bring all the happiness, peace and prosperity upon you, my soulmate! And may any bad-luck, sorrow or misery due, be it diverted into me instead.
Blame on me, if you feel any sadness for a fraction of second this year, ‘cuz that may be the moment I either failed remembering you or crave badly for you.
You are always my goddess, and I’m tired pretending otherwise. So I’ll keep myself away from you henceforth, until any day you may call me back in, hopefully. Let it be my new year gift for you.

covet the dew drops of your love!
Neither dreams left, nor false hopes;
or even curse-words to burn myself!
Set my heart on fire persistent, thus
